At TekSmith Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care and hygiene items once opened.
• Perishable goods.
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software or digital products.
• Items marked as Final Sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
